HFES is pleased to offer discounts on meeting registration to current members of the Society. This discount is only available to the following HFES member types: Full, Affiliate, Associate, Early Career Associate, and Student Affiliate members from the same company or organization. Corresponding Members are not eligible for this discount.
The discount amount is 10% off the prevailing meeting registration fee and is available only to groups of ten or more members from the same organization or institution. The physical locations of the individuals do not need to be the same. This discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or discounted rate. The discount applies to both Full and Single Day registrations.
To obtain the group discount, please complete the Group Discount Request Form. Complete the form, including affixing your signature in the area indicated, and email it to registration@meetingplanners.com. You will receive, via email, a link and discount code to be used by your attendees to register for ASPIRE. All appropriate instructions will be included in the email.
