HFES offers resources to help its members advance their careers in human factors and ergonomics. In addition to our career-oriented activities at our in-person meetings, online communities, and publications, the following resources are available to assist you in your career goals.

  • HFES Job Board Click here to access the search option to review and apply for open positions,  setup job alerts, upload your resume, and review career resources on finding your next job. This is exclusively for HFES members as a benefit of membership. *Non-members may view job postings but cannot apply for through the job board.

    For employers, the HFES Job Board offers several job posting packages that are customizable to your organization, and seeking candidates for human factors/ergonomics positions. Employers must create an account to post positions and view resumes. View the job posting packages and rates here.

  • HFES Career Fair – Each year HFES hosts an on-site Career Fair at the HFES Annual Meeting and Healthcare Symposium, where employers and job seekers can schedule interviews and discuss job opportunities.
