Getting to Phoenix

Phoenix is served by two main airports: 

Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX)

7.9 miles from the hotel | 16 minutes drive

Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport

40 miles from the hotel | 48 minutes drive

Complimentary Shuttle to all HFES Attendees

A complimentary shuttle will be available to all HFES conference attendees at the Arizona Biltmore hotel to the Biltmore Fashion Park.  This will be on a continuous loop, every 15 minutes, from Monday, September 9 to Thursday, September 12, during 11:00am to 2:00pm MT & 5:00pm to 9:00pm MT.  The pick-up and drop off location at the hotel will be along the Front drive in front of the conference center, near room Rimrock.

Bus location is the Biltmore Fashion Park (see highlighted area in map below) - in the parking lot area at True Foods Kitchen, which is the front area of the mall along Camelback Road.
