Sponsorship, Advertising, and Exhibit Opportunities

HFES invites your participation in the 2019 International Symposium on Human Factors and Ergonomics in Health Care, March 24–27 in Chicago. The following promotional opportunities are available to all organizations with relevant products and services.

Every organization that reserves a sponsorship, ad, insert, or exhibit will be acknowledged on signage at the symposium, on the Web site, and in the final program. Sponsors are acknowledged during the Opening Plenary and at specific functions that are sponsored.

Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis with receipt of a completed order form. Return an electronic version to Lauren Taggart, or fax the form to (202) 367-2114. HFES will issue an invoice for payment, which is due within 30 days of receipt unless stated otherwise.

Cover ads: Color only; full bleed measures 8-11/16" x 11-3/8".

Inside full page ads may be color or black and white. Submit high-resolution PDF files for all ads.

Bag inserts must not exceed 8-1/2" x 11" or size A4 paper and require prior approval. Instructions for shipping approved materials to Chicago will be sent following receipt of payment.

A limited number of tabletop spaces are available for exhibits or demonstrations. Tabletops come with one 6-foot draped table, two chairs, and a sign (no pipe and drape). Read the Exhibit Regulations prior to placing a reservation.
