Student Volunteer Program

Student volunteering at the 67th International Annual Meeting is both a responsibility and a rewarding experience. Student volunteers perform essential functions and help to ensure that the Annual Meeting runs smoothly.

In order to volunteer, full-time students must register and pay the full applicable registration fee before applying. Depending upon the number of volunteer hours worked, registration fees may be partially or fully refunded. Refunds, which do not include fees for special events such as workshops and tours, are processed after the meeting. HFES Student Affiliate members are given priority. A limited number of opportunities exist.
