The hotel cutoff date to secure a room within the HFES room block is March 15, 2024, or until rooms sell out, whichever occurs first.
Why Reserve Accommodations in the HFES Room Block?
When you reserve your hotel room, we ask that you stay in the HFES-designated hotel within the HFES room block. Staying at the Hilton Chicago greatly reduces meeting expenses when we negotiate with hotels for future rates. When we do not meet our room guarantee at the hotel, penalties are charged. These penalties can raise registration fees for upcoming meetings. Please support HFES and stay within our room block.
