Introducing HFES Regional Meetings

On Friday, April 17, 2026, HFES will continue its newest educational activity—Regional Meetings. These concurrent, one-day, in-person gatherings are designed to bring HF/E professionals together for impactful programming and networking opportunities closer to home. These events will take place in key regions across the U.S., Canada, and Europe, allowing for greater accessibility to the benefits of face-to-face collaboration, typically found only at the HFES Annual Meeting.

What to Expect

• Dynamic Programming: Engage in sessions tailored to regional interests and challenges in the HF/E field
• Networking Opportunities: Connect with peers, share insights, and spark collaborations within your local community
• Cost-Effective Participation: Spend less time traveling and more time connecting with other professionals

1. Help us spread the word. Share the enthusiasm with your HF/E colleagues. 
2. Watch this space for information about 2026 sponsorship and plan to help support the meeting via sponsorship or forwarding contacts to us for follow-up. Do you work for an employer that can sponsor the event, facility, food, snacks, etc.? Do you want to help us find sponsors? Please reach out! 
3. Volunteer to help us run the event. We will need people to help us set up the location, registration desk, etc. This is a great way to give back to your local HF/E community!
