Join us for the UX Mini-Conference at ASPIRE. The program will include two days of curated and peer-reviewed talks in two tracks on Tuesday, October 14 and Wednesday, October 15, 2025.  This special meeting within a meeting is for researchers‚ interaction designers, product managers and anyone interested in user experience topics.

Full ASPIRE registrants do not need to remit additional fees to participate.  The fees below are only for those not registering for the full ASPIRE meeting. There is no single day UX Mini-Conference registration available.  Payment of fees below includes a ticket to the ASPIRE opening welcome reception on the evening of Monday, October 13 but not to any other sessions outside of the UX Mini-Conference.

Submissions were accepted through February 18.  Submission types included:

• 20-minute Case Studies showcasing real-world applications, experiences, and lessons learned 
• 20-minute interactive Demonstration of a tool or technique (practical not commercial)
• 90-minute Panels with no more than six panelists
• 3 or 6-hour Workshops (on Monday, October 13)
