Creating AI that Works for People: Human-Centered Innovation

October 16-17, 2025

Detailed Program and Speakers

This special two-day event will focus on the challenges and opportunities for AI systems being implemented across a wide variety of domains and consumer applications. The day will feature a series of panels designed to press the envelope on developing better AI systems that can work well with people. Top researchers in the field will discuss important topics such as improving trust in human-AI systems, supporting transparency and explainability, creating effective collaboration and task sharing for human-AI teaming and methods for test and evaluation of the joint human-AI system.

If you are an AI developer, someone supporting the development of AI tools in your workplace or a human factors researcher addressing human-AI interaction, this event is for you.

Registration fee includes a luncheon on Friday, October 17, featuring Missy Cummings.  The schedule will be posted as soon as it is available.
