The 2026 election for officers and at-large Executive Council members for the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society will open July 28 and will remain open through Thursday, August 28 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. Only Full and Emeritus members are eligible to vote and will receive an email with voting instructions. No Society resources or assets (funds, mailing lists, HFES Connect communities, etc.) may be used by candidates to campaign nor by others to support or call for the election of any candidate. Individuals may campaign on their own using their own networks. Candidates may use contact information of members found in the membership directory; however, it is prohibited to manually or in an automated manner to bulk download, scrape, copy or otherwise collect member data.
