ASPIRE—The HFES 70th International Annual Meeting convenes the global human factors and ergonomics community to advance research, practice and education across domains. The meeting brings together academics, practitioners, students and industry professionals to exchange evidence-based insights, applied solutions and emerging perspectives that shape human-centered systems.  ASPIRE serves as a central forum for collaboration, professional development and interdisciplinary dialogue within human factors and ergonomics.

Posters With Fellows

HFES Fellows will once again display posters of some of their latest work and provide an opportunity for attendees to interact with some of the most distinguished members of the Society. Presentations may include new results from current work or a retrospective of work the Fellow has conducted. Posters may describe a challenging new frontier, work previously shared that has continued applicability, challenges that would be interesting to talk about with other HF/E colleagues and more!

Promote the Work of Your University Lab at HFES
HFES is inviting university human factors and ergonomics labs to display a poster at the ASPIRE 2026 University Lab Showcase in Reno to highlight their educational and research programs. Display spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, with posters limited to a maximum size of 42” x 42” (sharing a standard poster board) and no associated proceedings paper required. University representatives must submit their intent online by Friday, September 4, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET.
