Join us for engaging and interactive sessions that address the unique challenges faced by new faculty in human factors, ergonomics and related disciplines. Whether you are refining your research agenda, balancing teaching and service, seeking external funding or growing your professional network, this academy offers valuable insights and support to help you succeed. The application deadline is August 20, 2026.
Participation Requirements
To participate, attendees must meet the following criteria:

Be a pre-tenure full-time faculty member, with preference given to those in their first three years of a tenure-track or equivalent academic position.
