Our group room rate is $269 with various lodging types available. Sales and Occupancy taxes are approximately 21%. The daily resort fee is waived for attendees reserving within the HFES room block! A one-night deposit is due at the time of booking and reservations are cancellable up to seven days before arrival. Cancelling within seven days before arrival will forfeit one night's room/tax.
The hotel cutoff date to secure a room within the HFES room block is August 16, 2024, or until rooms sell out, whichever occurs first.
