Submission Guidelines
- Contributions to ASPIRE will be in the form of a structured abstract (up to 1,250 words)
- You will be required to select up to five keywords. You may also select one of the technical tracks; although, it is optional to do so.
- Submission of a formatted paper of up to five pages is optional after decisions are communicated concerning submitted abstracts
- We accept supplementary information as part of the abstract submission process. This may include tables, figures, datasets, and statistical results, among other items. There is a file upload option near the bottom of the abstract submission form for these optional supplementary materials.
- Both accepted abstracts or any optional accompanying papers may be peer-reviewed and published in the Proceedings of the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society Annual Meeting on request of the author(s)
- All submissions must be original and not simultaneously submitted to other conferences or journals
- September 9 - ASPIRE begins!
