The content is intended to enable professionals in all areas related to warnings and safety to learn about the factors that are influential in the design of effective warnings.

Warning effectiveness is assessed by speed, comprehension, memory, judgment, and behavioral compliance measures. Warning application include labeling on or accompanying comsuer products, signs in industrial workplaces and public spaces, and the potential of voiced warnings. Includes an index."
