Full-week registrations include the Gala Opening Reception, Opening Plenary Session (including the keynote address), and access to technical sessions and the Exhibit Hall. (Workshop-only registrants may attend the Gala Opening Reception with purchase of a ticket.) Rooms are no longer available at the Westin Boston Waterfront or at the Marriott Long Wharf. However,
rooms at the Hyatt Harborside Hotel are now available at the special group rate of $259/night single or double occupancy (only double rooms are available and the hotel requires a full non-refundable pre-payment at the time the reservation is made). This rate is available until OCTOBER 19, 2012 or until the block is sold out. All government-rate rooms have sold out. The Hyatt Harborside is convenient to water-taxi transportation to our headquarters hotel, the Weston Boston Waterfront. The Hyatt also has
complimentary airport shuttle service.
