Cancellation Policy
Persons who have completed an online registration but are unable to attend 2017 Annual Meeting or a registered workshop may obtain a refund/credit of fees, less the applicable cancellation fee shown below, ONLY if their cancellation request is received in writing by 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time on September 18, 2017. Refunds will not be granted for ANY cancellation requests received after this date.
