ACCOMMODATIONS UPDATE
The HFES room block at both the Marriott Marquis Times Square and the Milford Plaza are sold out, and neither hotel has responded positively to our requests to enlarge the block at the same rate. We suggest that attendees looking for rooms at the lowest available rate check at sites such as hotels.com, Travelocity, Orbitz, etc., or contact a travel agent, who may be able to assist in finding competitive rates in New York City.

Attention Members!

Renew your 2008 HFES dues online. To benefit from the substantial member discounts on annual meeting registration, your 2008 dues must be paid. Please renew before you register.

To prepay your 2009 membership dues at the same time you register, complete and return the 2009 Dues Renewal Form (.pdf 74 k). Your 2009 dues can also be paid via the HFES Web site, but your 2008 dues must be paid first.

Nonmembers:

If you would like to join HFES to take advantage of significant savings on registration, publications, and services, sign up before you register.

If you are a member of society affiliated with the International Ergonomics Association, you are entitled to the HFES member rates listed on the Registration Form.
