Registration Information

Online registration is no longer available, but you may register on site using the printable Registration Form (.pdf 88 k). Be sure to read the sections below if you're interested in registering for workshops, social events, or technical tours. Note that some events have been canceled.

The General Information (.pdf 123 k) section of the Registration Information brochure contains important details about travel, accommodations, and registration policies. Also includes details about two related conferences that take place in conjunction with the 51st Annual Meeting: Human Performance in Extreme Environments Fifth Annual Meeting and 3rd International Conference on Augmented Cognition.

The Technical Tours (.pdf 229 k) section lists the facilities that attendees can visit during the meeting.

Attention Members!

Renew your 2007 HFES dues online. To benefit from the substantial member discounts on annual meeting registration, your 2007 dues must be paid. Please renew before you register.

To prepay your 2008 membership dues at the same time you register, complete and return the 2008 Dues Renewal Form (.pdf 74 k). Your 2008 dues can also be paid via the HFES Web site, but your 2007 dues must be paid first.
