HFES 2010: Note the New Deadlines

     The Technical Program Committee has extended the deadlines for the 54th Annual Meeting in San Francisco to allow four additional weeks for you to prepare and submit your proposal. The new deadlines are as follows:

• February 19: All submissions due
• Mid-April: Decision letters sent to authors
• Mid-May: Submission site reopens for final proceedings papers
• June 30: Final proceedings papers due
• August 16: Early registration deadline for the meeting

     The submission site is undergoing additional improvements and will be open in mid-November. Members will be notified via e-mail when they can begin uploading submissions.
