Final Paper Prep Guidelines Online

Instructions for uploading final proceedings papers are now available online. Included is information on:
- formatting and layout
- page limits
- graphics embedding
- copyright and clearance requirements
- uploading
- presentation time limits
- audiovisual equipment requests
- volunteering
- the Alphonse Chapanis Best Student Paper Award
Please read the final paper preparation guidelines before uploading your proceedings paper at the submission site. You must also update the program database in order to do any/all of the following:
- add, remove, or change the order of authors
- add or change author affiliations
- change your paper's title and/or subtitle
- change your paper's abstract
The deadline for submitting your final paper - plus the signed Copyright Transfer Form - is 11:59 p.m. Pacific time on Wednesday, June 30.
