Author Kit for Proceedings Paper Preparation
Below are detailed instructions for preparing your paper for the 49th Annual
Meeting Proceedings. Please download and read the following materials prior to
uploading your paper to the submission site (URL provided in the instructions).
Papers must be uploaded by midnight Pacific time on June 13, 2005.

(Required; pdf - 191 Kb) - Guidelines for preparing your paper, completing the
HFES Copyright Transfer form (required for each submission), and other meeting
details.

Audiovisual Equipment Request Form
(pdf - 16 Kb) - For special cases. (Computers and LCD projectors are standard
equipment for all sessions.)

Instructions
