Registration fees are now available. Check back Tuesday, May 13, for the opening of registration.

Accepted paper preparation instructions - the deadline for uploading final proceedings papers has been changed to midnight Pacific time on Tuesday, May 27.
Exhibiting - Reserve your exhibit booth or tabletop, or book ad space or sponsorships via our new online system.
Registration details - Includes rates for general registration, special events, technical tours, and workshops, plus other logistical details. Registration opens Tuesday, May 13, and the early bird discount ends on August 18, 2008.
Hotel reservations - Our limited-availability meeting rate at the New York Marriott Marquis Times Square is $199 per night. To qualify for this rate, you must first register for the meeting. Registration is scheduled to open May 13. Once the HFES room block has been fully booked, this very low rate will no longer be available. Again, this is a first-come, first-served rate for registered attendees only.

Call for Proposals - The deadline for proposals for lectures, posters, demonstrations, invited symposia, discussion panels, workshops, and alternative formats was January 28, 2008.
