Journals and Other Published Materials
This page site contains a sampling of journals and other published materials in human factors/ergonomics derived from responses to a 2007 survey of members of HFES technical groups. These titles represent the publications with the most direct relevance for HF/E professionals in their work.
Review Criteria
- Is the publication related to the study and/or practice of human factors/ergonomics?
- Is the publication readily accessible (e.g., does not include out-of-print volumes or unpublished manuscripts)?
- Is the full citation available for the publication (e.g., journal articles: full name, volume, issue, page numbers; books: title, author/editors, publisher, and year)?
- With regard to electronic versions (e.g., PDF, MS Word) of publications (e.g., journal article, book chapter, etc.), Educational Resources posts only Web site links to these publications. Users are responsible for determining if access is free or requires a subscription/download fee.
