Local Chapters
The Society's local chapters are groups formed by HFES members in geographical locations throughout the United States, as well as in Europe and China. Chapters provide forums in which members can exchange information and ideas on human factors/ ergonomics issues. HFES Local chapters hold regular meetings, publish newsletters, sponsor events and special activities, host Web sites, and provide annual reports to their group members, as well as to the Society at large.

Student Chapters
The Society is proud of its student chapters at major schools around the world! Our outstanding student chapters sponsor many activities throughout the year to encourage participation in the discipline. The Society looks forward to expanding this list of premier schools, so check here often for updates.
