Advertising at the HFES Annual Meeting
The HFES Annual Meeting is held each fall and offers a number of promotional opportunities, described below. Annual meetings draw from 1300 to 1600 attendees each year, including both HFES and non-HFES members.
Exhibiting
Single or larger booths and tabletop displays are available for each year's meeting. The Exhibit Hall usually has space for 40 exhibits and is open during the busiest days of the meeting (Tuesday through Thursday afternoon). Detailed information about each year's exhibits may be found on the HFES Annual Meeting page in the spring. Exhibitors are entitled to discounts on advertising and inserts (see below).

The program booklet is distributed to all registered attendees and contains the full schedule of special events and technical sessions.

On-Site Newsletter
The annual meeting newsletter (title varies each year) is produced on Monday through Thursday of the meeting week and contains highlights, event notices, exhibitor descriptions, and other news. The Monday issue is provided in all attendees' registration bags; subsequent issues are available for pickup in areas throughout the meeting space.

Registration Bag Literature Inserts
Insert a flyer, brochure, order form, or other promotional literature in the registration bag. A sample must be submitted to HFES for prior approval. Provide 1300 copies of each insert. Shipping instructions are sent after payment is received.

Sponsorships
Each year's sponsorship opportunities are posted at the HFES Annual Meeting page in the spring. Sponsorships include events such as the Opening Reception, Plenary Session, Student Reception, and coffee breaks, as well as badge lanyards, notepads, and other giveaways.
