HFES Speakers Bureau
Description
The HFES Speakers Bureau is a group of human factors professionals who
present introductory human factors/ergonomics (HF/E) information and other
relevant topics to audiences. Educators, members of community services, and
technical organizations are invited to request a speaker. Additionally, members
of the Speakers Bureau will contact professional societies, schools, and other
nonprofit organizations to provide their services.
Speakers Bureau members are volunteers, but they may, on occasion, accept
reimbursement of travel expenses if travel over 100 miles is required. Although
honoraria and speaker's fees are never accepted for HFES Speakers Bureau
engagements, if someone wants to make a contribution, they can do so directly
to the Society.
