Plan to Attend the HFES 53rd Annual Meeting
Welcome to the main page for the 2009 Annual Meeting of the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society, to be held at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in San Antonio, Texas. Please bookmark this page for regular updates about the following key dates and activities:
Submit a proposal. HFES welcomes proposals on any HF/E topic for any format (lecture, poster, panel, etc.). The submission/review site opened on December 15, 2008. All proposals are due February 23, 2009.
Reserve an exhibit, tabletop, ad, insert, or sponsorship. The online exhibit/sponsorship registration page opens in March.
Register to attend. Online registration opens in June, and early registration closes on September 7, 2009.
Reserve interviewing space in the On-Site Career Center. Booths and tables will be available; download a reservation form in June.
