- Online registration. The online registration site will open in mid-July. Discounted registration fees for members and nonmembers end on September 10, 2012. Registration fees will be posted in late June.

The deadline for submitting a proposal was March 22. Authors and reviewers can log in to the submission site to view current status and review e-mail messages sent via the system.
Decision letters are scheduled to be sent by Friday, May 18. Authors of accepted proposals will receive information for submitting a final proceedings paper. Final papers are due on or before July 16.
